According to statistics, the in-house sales department, through its managers, attracts up to a quarter of the bank’s retail customers, but now the financial institution plans to attract agents who will have to promote its services. Moreover, according to experts, Post Bank will not necessarily be employees of financial organizations, non-state pension funds, insurance and brokerage companies. It is planned that employees of any state and commercial enterprises will be attracted to cooperation. To do this, you will need to contact a specialist in the selection of personnel of a financial organization in the region, undergo distance learning on the proposed products, and voila, a new agent is ready. Now he can start actively attracting clients to the bank. And the plans for the development of sales according to this scheme in the financial organization are simply grandiose. By the end of next year, its management intends to attract not 500 thousand new clients. Pochta-Bank began recruiting agents back in May this year, and now several hundred of its newly minted employees are working in the country. They have already begun work in the largest regional enterprises, where the access of full-time employees of the financial institution, until recently, was closed. Experts in the field of financial services disagreed on how effective such a scheme is. Some argue that this method can play a role in promoting services for people who do not use or are not comfortable using the Internet. In addition, the bank gains access directly to enterprises, which cannot be reached by full-time specialists. Opponents of this method of work say that such a promotion can be seen as an imposition of services and cause negative reactions. In addition, such actions can cause conflict with management enterprises where agents work.
