"Sweet Adeline" Corolle Doll
Produced in 1995 exclusively for FOA Swartz toy stores, this doll is a perfect example of the
beautiful dolls created by Corolle at the time.  Subtle coloring and delicate features are the
characteristics of these dolls.
Adeline's original dress is a burgundy floral print with forest green trim at collar, cuffs and
waist.  Her beret and pouch are also done in green.  She wears black Mary Jane shoes with
the Corolle logo on the soles.
This doll is in excellent condition  Her white cloth body is clean and her vinyl head, arms and
legs have no marks.  Her thick, slightly curly auburn hair is in like new condition and her
open and shut brown eyes work perfectly.  At 17" tall she is a similar size and a perfect companion
to American Girl dolls.   She has Corolle 94-17-V14 etched on the back of her neck and a fabric
info tag sewn into her torso.  She has never been played with and was only briefly displayed.
She still has a faint vanilla smell, a Corolle trademark.
She was designed for FOA Swartz toy stores and sold out very quickly.
As a beautiful play doll or a valuable addition to your doll collection, this doll would be an
excellent choice.
