    Description

Hand made wooden crates were the cardboard boxes of the nineteenth century. After being filled with either two of the one gallon jugs or six 40 ounce glass bottles, these crates were loaded onto horse drawn carriages and then transported across the country via the railways.
This crate came from factories 3 & 4 located at 7 Laight Street in New York City. It measures 9 1/2" wide, 17 3/4" long and 12 1/4" high. The wood panels with the logo are 7/8" thick and the sides are 3/8" thick. Exceptional condition with no major issues. Nice and solid.
Free shipping with insurance provided, will be carefully double boxed to assure safe arrival.
