SO IF IT IS NEW OR NEW IN BOX,  NEVER BEEN OPENED,  and you open it and find that the shipping box has not been damaged,  BUT  the item is damaged,  either by the manufacturer or in transit to me by the manufacturer,  I AM NOT LIABLE FOR REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
If the shipping box is damaged a claim WILL need to be filed,  AND a return will be considered. A REFUND OR RETURN IN THAT CASE IS NOT GUARANTEED  !!!!
