This Auction is for a New VERY LARGE 20" by 15" Professionally Laminated Poster of the Valley National Official Eight-Ball Association Rules of Play and Regulations (VNEA). These VNEA Rules and Regulations are widely used for Coin Operated Pool Tables. They are Nationally Accepted by the Billiard Congress of America (BCA) and are also the same Rules and Regulations that are used at the Anheuser-Busch Beer National Eight-Ball Tournaments. Included in these Rules and Regulations are:
Balls & Racking, Break Shot, Open Table, Game, Play, Loss of Game, Legal Shots, Fouling, Penalty For Fouling, Protest Procedure, Forfeits, Variation of International Rules & Unsportsmanlike Conduct.
This Poster will answer many questions on what is legal or not. NO MORE BICKERING ON WHO'S RIGHT AND WHO'S WRONG!!  This Poster is Laminated on Both Sides!!  It looks great on the wall as is or it can be framed.
