The machine can take a full baking sheet. It also has an Auto-Wipe function

History of machine:
This Traymatic machine was sold new in 1999. The company that bought it did not use it for about 8 months later; then used it for about one year.They had a lot of financial problems and finally went into receivership. The machine could be sold as a new one as it appears ‘as new’. It performs flawlessly.
Later in 2002 Potager Farms (RedBarnTreats) bough it and used it once a week for 4 hrs from 2003 to 2008 then about once a month from 2008 to 2011. The machine had way too much output to use it daily. Since then the machine was stored and is ready for more action.
