    Chain tests positive for silver, accent beads test positive for silver.
    Box does not test positive for silver. I do not know if the beads are genuine turquoise or not.
    The box does open but the way it is attached to the necklace it cannot open all the way. You could have the box removed and put on the other way up and it would open all the way like a clam shell.
