    Description

    The ultracompact  countertop dough roller / sheeter is equipped with a pair of mirror-polished solid stainless steel rollers with a diameter of 60mm and a working length of 420mm for uniform sheeting even with thicknesses of a few tenths of a millimetre.
    This innovative machine has the following strengths:

    •ABSOLUTE OPERATOR SAFETY thanks to a patented solution that allows feeding in dough up to a thickness of 40mm respecting the safety distance from the sheeting rollers. This patented  system features a second infeed very close to the sheeting rollers for pastry thinner than 10mm in order to prevent crumpling the pastry and hence an uneven thickness.
    With these two independent infeeds, it is like having two machines in one!!
    •Exclusive and patented micrometric dough thickness adjustment system with a handy, robust and practical lever that acts on a gear system to allow effortlessly and smoothly (without pre-established jumps) changing the roller opening from zero to 15mm. This large maximum opening allows gripping dough with an initial thickness of up to 40mm.
    •Excellent pastry handling thanks to the two idle drive rollers coupled to the dough infeed chute.
    •Final pastry thickness adjustment with a practical and robust steady rest.
