    bold emb on front panel....1894 patent date on bottom.....Hand blown in mold...hand tooled square ring lip....clear...rect....only 2 5/8"tall...it has a hole at base on one side; a crack with a chip & small bruise on back of neck, but bottle still displays nice from the front embossed side.
