This is a rare 1892 dated drugstore medicine bottle from Somersworth, New Hampshire....
JOHN C.HURD DRUGGIST (morter & pestle in wreath) SOMERSWORTH N.H.
all bold emb on front of bottle ..
PAT.JAN.5.1893 W.T.CO U.S.A.
on bottom....Hand blown in mold...hand tooled square ring lip...clear...oval...5 1/4"tall...Good condition with only 2 small shallow chips on top surface only of lip; no other damage. A bit of faint inside haze....We just cant keep everything, so after 50 years of digging and collecting we have decided to part with many of our bottles (to make room for more..haha)...so keep watching our listings as many rare treasures are being found!
