The sheeter features side operation with all of the controls in the front for easy access, and an ergonomic design for comfort and efficiency. The unit is 22.5" wide (body and shelf), 24" deep, and 21.5" high (including the 4" legs), and has a-3/4 HP motor. The rollers are 20" wide and can be adjusted to create dough that ranges from paper thin to nearly-3/4" thick.
