    :   This bottle is in SPARKLING CLEAN condition BUT it does have some damage; a small nick/crack in the lip with a few small pressure fizzures throughout the body.  BUT I don't believe you could find a prettier example, which is a good enough reason to list it even in this damaged condition.

    This is one of the many 'headache powders' type bottles that were popular over a century ago.  It contained a white powder that, when mixed with water, had an effervescing effect that supposedly CURED headaches.  Bromo Seltzer started it and because of their great success, a plethora of other companies jumped on the wagon and started producing very similar products in very similar looking COBALT BLUE bottles.   Even today caffeine is associated with 'curing' headaches as the contrary is true, when you try to go off of caffeine, ie. quit drinking coffee or tea, you can often end up with a super intense migraine head ache.  Anyway, this is just a choice example of a little antique 'headache powders' bottle, a beautiful little shelf bottle or one to put in a window because when the sun shines through this little blue bottle, it just comes to life ...
