It takes hundreds of hours to design, sculpt, model make, mold, and paint the prototype for each new piece. Whether it be a prop replica, beautiful environment or iconic character, we treat our collectibles with the same level of care and attention to detail that we bring to our film work.

SHIPPING
We pride ourselves on a very fast turnaround time, 1 day or less on average. All statues are shipped (as we receive them from the manufacturer) in colorful inner boxes within brown outer shipper cartons, some have extra foam corners. We do not use a third shipper cartons. It would make the box bigger and heavier and it is very time consuming to do this as there are no standard size boxes for this. Each box is different.
Within the USA we ship using USPS, Fedex or UPS. Most of the statues cannot be combined to save on shipping costs, the boxes are just too big. Some of the action figures, diecast figures and smaller statues we can combine to save you on shipping. Please add them to your cart and click 'request total from seller'.
International shipments are sometimes difficult due to the size of the box. A lot of our statues are large and so are the boxes. USPS (United Statues Postal Service) is by far the cheapest way to ship these internationally. However depending on the destination country the maximum allowable size of a box varies wildly. The formula USPS uses is height + girth, so height +
2x(width+depth). Height for purposes of the formula is the longest measure of the box.
For instance a box that measures 22 x 16 x 22 inches comes out to 98 inches for purposes of calculating postage. For most Western European countries USPS allows a size of 108 inches. But for many other countries this is only 78 inches. Full details are on the website of USPS.
So what to do if you would like to buy an item that is too large to ship with USPS? You could use UPS or Fedex but in most cases these are very expensive options. What seems to work for a lot of international buyers is the use of a freight forwarder, such as Planet Express or MyUS. There are many such companies in the USA. We would ship to the local drop point (domestic) of your freight forwarder and they would handle the international part of it. If you choose a drop point close to our warehouse which in in Long Beach, CA the domestic cost of the shipment would be very low.

OUR PRODUCTS
All our products are new and inside sealed boxed that have never been opened,
unless otherwise specified in the listing
. We get our products directly from the manufacturer. We store them in a 3rd party warehouse in Long Beach, CA. As such we do not know the edition number of the item, nor can we provide photos of the actual item we ship. We do not open sealed boxes to take pictures of the statue. Most of the statues are painted by hand. That means that slight variations are always possible when closely examined. For most people this is OK. No 2 paintings are 100% identical, unless they are prints or photos. But if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can return it for a refund within 30 days.
All images we use are official stock photos provided by the manufacturer, unless clearly specified in the listing.
