Here is a clear, mold blown, druggist type medicinal dose glass standing just under 2 inches tall.  It is embossed in an oval on the front MONMOUTH HOSPITAL CARNIVAL OCT. 7TH TO 11TH 1902.  It has TABLE DESSERT and TEA dose lines on the back.  The bottom is embossed W.T. CO. AL U.S.A.  The glass is in excellent condition.  The reason I believe this is from Monmouth Illinois is because it was purchased in an antique shop less than 30 miles from Monmouth Illinois.  There is another on ebay for sale listed in Maryville Mo which is in the NW part of the state.  Two glass in short proximity.  Now the other listing says Long Branch New Jersey but I have a hard time believing a dose glass from there ends up less than 30 miles from Monmouth Illinois.  Buyer to pay FREE SHIPPING, more internationally or elsewhere.
