Scarce Flint 1850s Doct Curtis Cherry Syrup New York Medicine Bottle Pontil

Here we have a great early medicine bottle from the 1850s. This bottle is embossed " Doct. Curtis / Cherry Syrup / New York". The glass is clear with a very slight amethyst tone. There are some olive-green striations throughout the back panel as well as in the neck region adding some character to this one. This bottle stands 7 1/4" tall and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, open bubbles, pot stone issues, stains, etc. A very nice example with strong embossing and heavy glass!
