The top of lip has a smooth slight dip which may be a buffed flake or could be just natural from when it was made?..Some light inside content haze.... Many complaints were made to the government about this quack nostrum in the 1890s. When analyzed by a chemist it was found to contain 99% plain old water and about 1% acid, which gave it just a tingle to make the user think it was actually doing something.
