Bear by artist Ellen Kislingbury teamed with Annette Funicello and is numbered 336/2500. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity saying it is the latest addition to the Flavorite Series! She is retired. She measures about 14 1/4" tall and about 9 3/4" paw to paw.  The certificate describes her fur as "

face too! She has the Annette Funicello Collectibles Bear Co. button in her ear and a tag on her left paw.
She is new but retired and has not been out of the box except to photograph her.
