Description

This is a beautiful 2009 Pilot Capless Vanishing Point Decimo Limited Edition in "Pearl Blue" almost "starry" appearance.  The color is stunning.
Marked as used, but there is no signs of it being used.  It appears to be in perfect condition.  I ran water over the nib to see if there was any ink residue, it was clear the entire time.
No box.
