    This unit is in excellent preowned condition, and was recently pulled from service from a recent business closure. It has been cleaned and inspected. This is very similar to the Doyon D20 model, we believe Doyon may have acquired Pavailler along the way.
    This D20 hydraulic dough divider maximizes speed and performance in your bakery or pizza shop, dividing up to 35 lb. of dough into 20 even pieces. Its round chamber reduces pressure on dough, ensuring uniform consistency and texture. Its ease of use is facilitated by reliable stainless steel blades and Teflon coated dough shapers that help prevent sticking. Highly versatile, it can be used for a wide variety of dough, including bread, tortilla, pizza, cookie and other baked goods.
