    Milk’s Emulsion Nature’s Remedy medicine
    This was old stock at the end of WWII
    Large Amber bottle, contents, SPOON, box and advertising flyer
    8 1/2" H
    This has it all:
    1. Amber medicine bottle / jar. Made by Milk’s Emulsion Co. Terre, Indiana
    Contents have solidified. Cork intact with a few chips off the cork.  Label has tears and missing small pieces around the edges. Dosage was 6-8 spoonsful 10-12 times a day! “MILK’S EMULSION” embossed on the back.  28 oz.
    2. Box has its original corrugated cardboard insert. The bottom 90% is intact and solid.
    The box top and both flaps are included but separated from the box.
    3. A rarely seen original tin dose spoon is included.
    4. Advertising literature galore!
    These had never been removed from the box before I took pictures

    2. Greenish folded flyer advertising their Milks Cleansing and Healing Cream
    3. 16
    -page advertising brochure in multiple languages. This is for Dr. Miles’ products. It may be part of another medicine

    I’ve owned the bottles with labels, in boxes or with contents since 1971 and I am the original retail purchaser of these bottles. I had a summer job selling product to drug stores. In Greenville, SC, I found over 100 bottles of old store stock. The owner bought the pharmacy after WWII and put all the old stock he didn’t think would sell in cabinets. I sold most of the bottles but kept the ones I liked the most. I am selling them now.
