A great looking embossed bottle, these old BATEMEN DROPS bottles were put out by several different companies and chemists.  They are recognized by the tapered, tower shape, which was intentionally designed this way as it was harder to upset a bottle shaped like this.  It is about impossible to find an original LABELED and EMBOSSED Bateman's Drops bottle for sale that is in good condition.  Though this bottle is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE
* the label is a colored copy of the original label that went on this bottle.  There are very few of these that have survived the elements of time with their original paper label intact and even fewer collectors who can ever own a labeled example.   Not only does the label explain a lot about the bottle and the product in the bottle, but it also gives it a completed look for displaying
