    Description

    Here we have a great CT medicine bottle from the 1890s. The bottle is embossed "Philo W Newton Hartford Conn". There is a great image of an eagle perched on a mortar in pestle. The reverse has a paper label that reads : Ess. Wintergreen Balch & Brown Depot Square Pharmacy Manchester, Conn". This bottle stands just over 4 3/4" tall and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, bruises, open bubbles, etc. There is a little bit of residue / contents to the interior as well as to the top of the lip that would clean out easily if desired. The label is in very good shape for its age. A great CT pharmacy bottle! If anyone has any questions please ask.
