    The HW251N headsets you receive may be in white, blue or brown Plantronics factory boxes depending what I have in inventory.  All units are BRAND NEW.
    These carry a 30 day non-DOA warranty: If a piece of equipment arrives or becomes faulty within 30 days of your receipt, I will replace it at no cost to you!  I pride myself on the quality of my Plantronics equipment and make every effort to make you glad that you did business with me.  I would NEVER sell you something that I wouldn't be happy to receive or use myself...just check my feedback!
