We are no longer including 5 straps since every user will already have an unending supply each time you break a chain, they just end up in the garbage, we are providing 1 or 2 free just in case. if you really must have extra straps just ask or include a note with payment, everyone who breaks a chain automatically has an undamaged strap to reuse. We're not being cheap with you, Oregon quit supplying them because they realized you don't need them.
Straps are shown in picture so you will more easily recognize the product being sold.
Please don't complain you didn't get straps you don't need.
