Inspired from the Lord of the Rings, The Two Towers, we present the Newborn Uruk-Hai Statue.
Sideshow & Weta Workshop are proud to unleash the Newborn Uruk-Hai Statue for their LOTR Collection of Statues, Diorama's, Busts and Scaled Replicas. Intricately detailed by the Orc artisan, Warren Mahy of Weta Workshop.
"For the scenes depicting the creation of the White Wizard Saruman's gruesome Uruk-hai minions, the design team at Weta Workshop conceptualized several different stages of development. It was suggesting that when first pulled out of the ground, these towering warriors would be vulnerable and perhaps not quite fully developed, with soft unformed features and squinted eyes, like newborn rabbits.
Quickly and brutally indoctrinated into a life of harsh service and warfare, the helpless brutes would be whipped and beaten by their Orc attendants until their growing strength made them too dangerous to bully. Thanks to the sorcery through which they were born, this process took mere hours rather than years, yielding Saruman a vast army in a very small space of time.
The Newborn Uruk-Hai Statue is hand cast in high quality polystone, then hand painted and finished to exacting standards which Weta Workshop is famous for. The Statue's impressive dimensions are 12.25"H X 12"W X 7"D overall & weighs approximately 12 lbs. double boxed.
This wicked Statue was produced in a super low Limited Edition of only 500 pieces worldwide and long SOLD OUT at Weta Workshop and Sideshow Collectibles (US Distributor). So do not falter on your quest to capture the raging Newborn for your LOTR Collection before he grows into a monstrous Uruk-Hai!

Shipping Details:
All domestic orders will ship UPS Ground. The winning Buyer agrees to pay .95 for Shipping & Handling (insurance included) to anywhere in the continental United States. *Alaska and Hawaii have additional shipping charges.
For International buyers, we are only using the eBay Global Shipping Program. International buyers are responsible for their Countries duties, taxes and fees associated with International shipping.
For all US buyers, if your purchased items are damaged or lost during shipment, we will send all necessary documentation to file a claim with the specified carrier (UPS).
