    domestic shipping,
    includes
insurance.   We do NOT insure International orders unless buyer specifically requests this and we are able to provide an insurance estimate.  If an international shipping charge is much more than the actual shipping cost, we will refund the excess so what YOU pay for shipping/insurance is very close to, if not exactly, the ACTUAL shipping costs! This is important for foreign buyers to know as most of our foreign shipping charges are estimates.  We do not falsify information on the Customs Form, such as a price other than what the actual purchase price is, so please do not request us to do so. We ship several times a week and your prompt payment will hasten the turn-around time.
What a beautiful looking bottle.  The bottle itself is quite scarce as we have only seen a few of these.  Between this and the large size, unique shape, and teal green color, it all adds up to a desirable bottle.
The base embossing and the name on the label both show that this is a product that was put up by Parke, Davis, & Co., a pioneer pharmaceutical company in Detroit Michigan.
The bottle originally came packed with "1000 compressed tablets", thus the LARGE size.   We had this exact bottle with the label and
    we had the label color-copied
since it was such an impressive looking bottle but few collectors would ever have a chance to see or even own one.   This is one that speaks for itself in the pictures
