The JAC DIV Hydraulic Divider is perfect for retail bakeries looking to automate their dough dividing process. Instead of manually scaling their bulk dough, bakers can place their bulk dough into the machine for processing. Durable and easy to use, the JAC DIV is capable of dividing dough into either 16 or 20 equally portioned pieces.
Furthermore, it is equipped as standard with flour recovery technology and a pressure setting facility. Dividing being a challenging stage for machines, JAC has made ambitious technical choices: reinforced piston, cast aluminum floats with EASY CLEAN treatment, Start and Stop system, sharpened stainless-steel knives, square stainless-steel tank. These advantages make it a benchmark machine on the bakery market.
