We cannot guarantee shipping times as  transit time vary by carrier.
All common carrier required equipment / machines to be crated to prevent damage during transport.
Buyer is responsible for crating fees.
We are experts at equipment crating and packaging. Your equipment will arrive safe and in perfect working condition every time.
Customer has the right to arrange their own shipping, in this event, Food Makers will notify customer when the equipment is available for pick-up.
Full Payment must be submitted in order for equipment to be released.

RETURNS
No returns are accepted on equipment but it is covered uder our Food Makers warranty.
We extensively test each unit after we are finished with the re-manufacturing process.
We also provide video of the unit in operation prior to shipping.
It is our wish to be as fair as possible, so please contact us if you have specific questions regarding the return of any item.
You must contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any item.
All  returns are subject to the following guide lines:

Electrical parts/ components are not returnable.
Freight and crate fees  are not refundable.
If return is approved, item must be returned in original packaging.
Any shortage in quantity must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
