1. Guam, U.S virgin Island, and American Samoa use same shipping rate as countries in South Americas.

For Guam:
Shipment from Thailand to Guam is subject to duty and fee.  We ship directly from Thailand only small item. For large item, we may send the item to U.S. first and then further send via USPS Priority mail,  in order to help buyer saves on import duty and fees. Please expect the delay.
For Russia:
Expedited shipping is no longer available for residential address in Russia. Russian customs stopped authorizing Fedex, UPS, DHL to clear shipment to private individual importer.
Expedited shipping is available only for company or commercial address.
There is extra charge for expedited shipping to Russian customer outside Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Nizhny Novgorod. Please contact us before placing order.
For residential address, we ship via Thailand Post or DHL Global Mail (handle by SingPost or Deutsche Post ), Transit time can take up to 2-6 weeks.

From our records, Shipping time from Thailand to Singapore takes 1-2 business days. Tracking information will not update in Russia. From customer feedbacks, they most receive packages by  10-14 business days after the status "Left/Arrived Singapore".
Russian customers are always welcome! We provide service center for return/exchange in St. Petersburg.
For standard shipping to Brazil:
We will not use standard shipping at this time. Most recent shipments take 2-3  months for delivery. We will ship via standard method again after FIFA world cup.
For U.S. Military:
We do fill order to APO address. However, we prefer to ship to physical address. We do ship to Afganistan, Iraq, Iran, and other countries. Transit time is generally 2-4 business days. If possible, please provide physical address.
If APO address provided, we will ship express to our service center in the U.S. and then package will be further sent via USPS priority mail. Please expect the delay.

We accept return with 14 days of delivery.
To eligible for full refund on item price, item must be returned in its original condition, never been used.
We provide return addresses in Tulsa, OK (USA) and Bangkok (Thailand) without re-stocking fee.
