ITEM:  DWYANE WADE AUTOGRAPHED MEN'S HEALTH MAGAZINE APRIL 2006
This item was signed back in 2006 when Wade's autograph was a 'D 3'.  As many autograph collector's know, Wade has modified his autograph several times over the course of his career.  Early in his career you'll see more of a full name signature.  Around 2005 he shortened in to a 'D 3' and currently his signature is '3 Wade'.  I am happy to provide the specific location where this item was signed if you request.

The item in the scan/picture is the exact item for sale.  Please examine carefully for condition.  Keep in mind that most of my signed magazines are likely to exhibit light signs of wear to the cover/corners.
