(boldly emb on opp.side panels)...Hand blown in mold...hand tooled double ring collar....aqua...rect with 4 sunken panels...6 7/8"tall....it has a small hard to see 1/4"crack near base & a small natural bruise on the top inside surface of lip. A couple tiny pinhead nicks on base. A dug bottle but nice and clean
