IMPORTANT: This sheeter is for dry masses.
For dough puff pastry, corn flour dough, wet masses, the machine recommended is with non-stick rollers because thanks to its Teflon rollers the dough is not going to stick to the roller. You can find it in our publications of 12 inches or 30 cms and 19 inches or 50 cms.
The machines works for a thickness of 1mm to 5mm.
Base in high density polypropylene, resistant, anticorrosive and hygienic material, black color, to highlight the machines are completely new, it is made by hand to laminate all types of dough.
INCLUDES: A CRANK O MANIVELA, AND ITS FOIL TO SLIDE THE DOUGH.
