My home is a smoke and pet free environment, but I pick up things from Garage Sales, Thrift Shops etc., so I cannot guarantee that they originally came from a smoke &/or pet free home.
I may just do a light surface clean, depending on item and I may not get every nook /cranny. So some things, like plush toys, may still have a "musty" odor, &/or stains... Remember where I said I pick my items from.....? ;)
You may need to do a little more cleaning once you receive your item.
Toys may have been previously played with, so there may be some wear.
FYI: I am not a store so my packing supplies are limited and I recycle previous boxes, bags, etc.
