Interesting find! Now all you need to do is find someone with the initials HB! Maybe Halle Berry, Humphrey Bogart, Harry Belafonte, or your own HB that appreciates the artistry that is Clint Orms! Vintage Clint Orms custom buckle done in Sterling Silver and 14K Gold with a black leather M. L. Leddy's belt that is in okay condition. This looks to be 1980's but I can't be sure since this particular style, CLAY 1844 is still available online on the Clint Orms webpage. The metal shows scratches from usual everyday use and the belt is cloudy and stretched where the holes are.
The buckle is stamped CLINT ORMS SILVERSMITH AND ENGRAVING TEXAS and each piece is marked .925 and 14K and is visible in the pictures with the exception of the endpiece that when lifted from the leather, I can see the .925.
The holes are at 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34"
