    USA SALES ONLY.  SORRY.
    This is a hypodermic needle assembly including a metal (likely nickel plated steel) barrel assembly of
    two parts: a barrel and a needle protective cap(cover). It also includes a plunger of similar metal, the plunger's
    indicia markers ( 5, 10 and 15) clearly show the plunger being stainless steel.
    The wooden holder is 2-part and likely of walnut or a lighter wood such as pine.
    The assembly works well and the wood is in exceptional condition for its age.
    The needle itself appears to be a more recently added replacement, as many were added following use.

    Note:
    I cannot discern a maker's mark but it appears very similar to those shown in the attached 3 photos:
    1) the two far opposites on photo 6; 2) the upper ones in photo 7; and 3) the lower one in photo 8.
    Many of these were made in Garmany and France.
