Please Note :
*  Will NOT fit .325 or full 3/8 style chains.... designed for Low pro 3/8" and 1/4 pitch chain.  Small tree trimmer and homeowner saws.
**  On some 16" bars/saws you will get a gap at saw and cover.  If this is not desirable take a minute and use our overall measurement below to see where the end of the cover will be on your particular saw.

Most Stihl saws have about 14" of exposed bar on a 16" saw, Poulans have about 15 1/2" exposed, each brand can be different.  16" is not 16"  Sorry we didn't make the saws.
The cover is 13 3/4 inches long please PLEASE measure your bar on your saw to see how it will fit for your application before you purchase.
If you are buying for a saw with a bar shorter then 13 3/4 exposed you will need to cut the cover to make it shorter to get the best fit.   It has markings on the cover showing recommended places to cut for the smaller sizes but you can measure and cut accordingly.   Manufacturer of cover suggests a hack saw for cutting to shorter size.
