    THESE ANTIQUE NEVADA DRUG BOTTLE ARE TYPICALLY DUG AND UGGGG-LEEEEE BECAUSE OF MINERALIZATION IN THE SOIL....THIS ONE IS REALLY BEAUTIFUL...AND A GREAT PC OF HISTORY FROM THE TOWN OF RENO
    I have a friend who calls these micro tiny drug bottles "shadowbox bottles"...because they can be displayed in things like small frames or shadow boxes...this one is only 2 7/8" tall, and was likely the smallest size issued by this drug store....guessing 1/2 ounce sized.
    THIS BOTTLE DISPLAYS VERY WELL, HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED...BUT IN GREAT SHAPE.....JUST A NEAT OLD BOTTLE...THE LITTLE BROWN STAIN YOU SEE IN GALLERY IS JUST DIRT ON INSIDE, NOT DAMAGE
    The historic town of RENO is located in WASHOE County Nevada....not far from the towns of Carson City, Sparks, and Virginia City Nevada
    The bottle is what I would call light purple colored glass, it is a micro tiny size, and stands 2 7/8" tall  ...and it is a very beautiful specimen,  just has not been cleaned at all but glass is great,
    neat bottle. Crisp embossing on this one.. would likely turn darker purple
