Antique Tin Lithograph Sand Toy Not Pail

I am offering this antique child's tin sand toy.  It has two water wheels and a sand chute.  I have no way of testing it so not sure if it works.  I believe there is a gear inside that turns the wheel when sand is applied.  The wheels have a cool man in bowler hat motif and the toy lithos are a couple on horseback and a ticket selling booth.  It measures about 8.75" high by 5.5" wide across the front, 5" deep on the sides.  It is in nice old condition with normal wear showing.  Nothing major or distracting.  Looks German but is not marked.  Very unusual.  I could find another for reference.
