    Description

    This is an antique medicine bottle that's blown in mold, dates to around 1880-1890:
    CHAIN LIGHTNING/ NATHAN WOOD & SON/ PORTLAND, ME.
    Measures 6? tall, having a hand tooled lip, wide lip, beveled corners, and very bold embossing. The side seam extends around the base as a production tooling mark- not a common production flaw in this type of bottle.
    It's in very good condition with a lip chip that I tried to show, along with a little inside haze, otherwise fine.
