Antique / Vintage Medicine Table Spoons glass bottle. Shipped USPS Priority Mail. Attention collectors! Hello and thanks for looking at this No Reserve auction. Sorry for all the question marks in the header but I’m not a collector . You are bidding on a vintage medicine bottle that was part of an inheritance from my husbands' aunt's estate. I am not a collector myself so I'm going to tell you what I see and describe to the best of my ability and hopefully between that and the pictures you can determine value. This bottle is approximately 8 inches tall and 2 /1/2 inches wide. The color is beautiful, but hard to describe. I'd say it's mostly a transparent medium blue color with an ever so slight tinge of green . I've looked at vintage glass bottle pictures online but I haven't found one that's the same exact color . The bottom of the bottle has a concave circular indentation and inside that there is a circular mark with a line next to the circle. That mark is indented as I can feel it with my finger. Is that a pontil? I've read some things online and from online pictures I think that's what that is, but again, I'm sure you know more. There is also a seam that you can see along the top that ends at the bottom of the neck of the bottle . It’s my guess that this bottle is hand blown for a few reasons. When you look at it , even though the sides feel completely straight, it appears a little warped and thicker/wavy on the inside. I hope that makes sense!  In addition there are a some tiny bubbles in the glass and the top opening of the bottle is not perfectly round. There is also what I think is a small bubble on the outside that you can feel. I'm not sure if that happened in the glass making process or what, but I wanted to point that out. There is a close-up pic of that spot in the last picture.  In addition, the neck of the bottle also has some kind of distressed looking lines on it.   The word  "TABLE - SPOONS" is embossed on the outside along with the line markings.  I'm not sure why the word tablespoons was hyphenated, but maybe that's how they wrote it back then.  I wish I knew exactly which year this was made in. Hopefully if you're the winner of this lovely bottle and you happen to know, you'll let me know as I would be interested!
