Antique Aqua Glass Violin Shaped Bottle, Robt Turlington for his invented Balsam of Life by the King's Royal Patent Granted, London on small side, JANY on small side, CGW on bottom, flared lip, slight irridensence to glass, inside is stained, has wrinkles to glass, size 2 1/2" tall x 1 7/16" wide x 7/8" thick.
