Acme 88-4 Dough Sheeter

This piece of equipment is still available and has been relisted after ebay buyer (bad buyer) failed to pay or even make a single communication about the purchase they committed to or reply to any emails!!!
We are selling our Acme 88-4 dough sheeter because we've dropped our in-house bread making program. (Can't find good help!) This is a nice machine. This is stainless version...not white painted steel. The bottom rolls are 24" wide. Currently I have two 20" offset top rolls installed in place of the set of 10" centered rolls. (They are also included and can be seen on the floor in the photos). Also included (and standing against the machine) are three sets of pressure plates (9", 12" & 16") for producing different loaf/roll sizes, the rolling chain belt, the pressure plate adapter assembly, and the table extension plate. The machine is on casters and currently is set up with a cloth belt. The voltage is 220 volt single phase. It's a workhorse, in nice condition and ready to make fresh....
We can palletize this machine and prep it for common carrier shipping, but buyer is responsible for shipping costs and for making all shipping arrangements. This equipment weighs almost 700 pounds. (We have docks and fork trucks for loading). And of course local pick up by appointment is welcomed. Unit dimensions are 31"W x 57"H x 72"L.
