The top, or band has not been completed.
My thought would be to add a Personalized Band in Counted Cross Stitch or embroidery
But, the options are only limited by your imagination.
Satin ribbon uncut for bow
Stockings are not lined, but a simple cotton liner could be slipped in to finish.
Also includes 6 yards of lace.
