BEAUTIFUL AQUA GLASS BOTTLE ABOUT 7" TALL
told issued in in the  1870s era... which says "
BURNETT --- BURNETT'S COCOAINE --- BOSTON
" was originally recovered in San Francisco region of California...even though made in east came out of a western collection
This bottle is simply all about the look....it is just very crude...note the closeups of
the
applied top....and with obvious suggestive name of product
THIS IS JUST A SPECTACULAR SPECIMEN.....GREAT COLOR......LOVE THE NECK...HAVE HAD THESE BEFORE, BUT THIS IS THE NICEST CLEANEST ONE I HAVE SEEN.......GREAT COLOR
ORIGINAL OWNER DISPLAYED THIS WITH MEDICINE BOTTLES....I WOULD CLASSIFY AS A "QUACK MEDICINE" OR AT LEAST A VERY DECEPTIVE NAME.........THE EMBOSSING IS SUPER CRISP....NEAT BOTTLE
THIS REALLY DISPLAYS WELL, DOES NOT EVEN NEED A CLEANING....PLEASE USE MY EXTENSIVE PICTURES AS A DESCRIPTION OF THIS BOTTLE
These old quack medicine / false claim "cure" bottles were issued long before the "pure food and drug act"..and made unsubstantiated claims....like this bottle could have held anything...and it likely claimed to do something it did not do....as in ...."hey dear, give junior another tablespoon of laudanum....he's very fussy tonight"....
THIS IS A BELIEVED TOUGHER  TO FIND IN THIS CHOICE CONDITION....IT WAS LIKELY MADE IN THE EAST,  BUT CAME OUT OF A WESTERN BOTTLE COLLECTION WHERE ORIGINAL OWNER COLLECTED THE BEST OF THE BEST....HOPING YOU CAN TELL  HOW NICE THIS ONE IS FROM MY AVERAGE PICTURE TAKING ABILITY :)...THIS IS A GREAT BOTTLE, HAS BEEN SITTING ON A SHELF FOR MANY YEARS....IT IS GORGEOUS....I JUST WIPED THE DUST OFF
I have inspected this bottle, seems really nice..glass is very nice...super crude and funky lip and neck, (see gallery)...Can find no cracks, chips, or damage,
it is a real beauty....displays very well.....it is a vibrant AQUA color glass, and stands 7" tall (took photo next to six inch ruler) ..this bottle is very dense and thick glass...it is very heavy
Gallery pictures should show you all you need to know, took pictures from many angles. Bottle is very heavy, and will just barely make first class mail cutoff, my ship price is my cost.
All my bottles are carefully packed in bubble wrap and oversized rigid box to make sure they get to you as you see them :)
