(boldly emb on sunken front panel).....Hand blown in mold, bimal....early smooth base with with half circle "key mold"....crude applied tapered lip....skinny rect....5 1/8"tall.....Excellent condition with no chips or damage of any kind. A dug bottle but shiny clean with no haze....a real nice 1860s bottle!....Merchant's Gargling Oil was actually a veterinary horse liniment, but was also advertised as being good for just about any human ailment or sickness as well. Basically, a "cure all"
