My husband is an avid bottle digger and hand dug this bottle many years ago in the vicinity of the
Historic Ft. Worth Stockyards area also known as Hells Half Acre and Panther City.
This is a  wonderful aqua antique bottle.  It is in very good condition for it's age.  We have used marker on the raised embossed letters so the wording stands out but it is easily wiped off.  No chips or cracks.  I have taken several photos so please view them to see all the details.

In researching this bottle I found the following on the internet:
Ezra T. Hazeltine arrived in Warren, Pennsylvania in 1860. Hebegan selling patent medicine 1864 and with the help of a local doctor “Piso’sCure for Consumption” (tuberculosis) was created. In 1869, he founded the PisoCompany to market this concoction on a national level.
Piso’s Cure contained atvarious times opium, morphine, hashish, marijuana, chloroform, and alcohol.
Themedical profession considered its claim as a “cure” to be fraudulent but itbecame one of America’s best-selling patent drugs. When the Pure Food and DrugAct became law in 1906, the company changed its label to claim that it was “AMedicine for Coughs and Colds.” By this time, the Piso Company had removed someof the more popular ingredients in its medication. It still probably hadmarijuana and chloroform. It seems that the company stayed just a bit ahead ofthe authorities. This quack medicine in some cases was damaging the health ofthe people using them. It was also one of the most popular patent medicines.
