    Description

1840-1860 's Fort Worth Drug Bottle JNO. M. PARKER DRUGGIST FORT WORTH, TEX.
My husband is an avid bottle digger and hand dug this bottle many years ago in the vicinity of the
Historic Ft. Worth Stockyards area also known as Hells Half Acre and Panther City.  We all groaned when this rolled out of the bank where we were digging.  Fort Worth Drug bottles are highly collectible and the chip in the lip is a heart breaker.  But it is rare and not worthy of discarding. There are also a few small chips in the back panel.   I have taken multiple photos so you can judge the condition and see if it is worthy of your collection.. The embossed letters have been highlighted with a marker and can easily be washed off.  It displays beautifully even if though it has a chip.
    Measures 4 1/2" T X 2" W X 1" D
