The cap and barrel are made of plastic, light weight, well balanced, suitable for long time use.
The nib is stainless steel, EF size.
It doesn't come with a converter, a genuine new cartridge will be included.  The cartridge can be reused many times, as you could rinse it and refill with your favorite ink.
It's better to thoroughly rinse the pen with clean water before inking and using it.

: Recovered from out-of-business stationary shop. Cosmetic imperfections are expected due to prolonged storage and/or customer's testing. (e.g. oxidation spot, scratches here and there...) Please refer to the photos. Don't hesitate to ask for more information and photos.
