Made in Japan in 1970s, NOS in box.
Cap and barrel are made of stainless steel, etched motif without filled with lacquer. It is from the famous Black stripe family, it's usually called White Stripe or Grey Stripe. It's very rare.
The nib is 18 K gold nib, size F
.
There is etched corporate logo on the cap, it's an undelivered corporate gift. The etched wording makes it even rarer.
It doesn't come with a converter, a genuine Pilot cartridge will be included. The cartridge is from old stock and the ink might not be suitable for daily use due to prolonged storage. You could rinse it and refill with your favorite ink. The cartridge can be reused many times.
It's better to thoroughly rinse the pen with clean water before inking and using it.
