How did I go to the Positive Technologies Investor Day?

How did I go to the Positive Technologies Investor Day?

Yesterday I spent a day in Moscow. Positive Technologies held its traditional Standoff battle (a year ago I was at the same event), and as part of this, an investor day was built in. Everything I heard about the company, I recorded online on the Positive Technologies stock forum – follow the link, read it there.

From main:

👉 the company already has 88 thousand shareholders, by the end of the year they want 100 thousand
👉will continue to increase free-float
👉 they really want to increase the liquidity of shares on the Moscow Exchange (turnover)
👉 divas will pay from 50 to 100% of net profit
👉net profit in 2022 will be 4-5 billion rubles
👉 stick to the plan to double net income in 2023, but understand that it will be a difficult task

In addition, I had a short conversation with representatives of Pozitiv, Moscow Exchange and RedSoft:
👉Positive – the last and only placement of shares on the Moscow Exchange over the past year
👉Positive is interested in other IT companies going public
👉RedSoft is going to IPO in 3 years
👉The Moscow exchange is doing everything to help companies enter the stock exchange

There were fewer people than a year ago, but I saw old acquaintances whom I had not seen for a hundred years:
For example, Maxim Shein, from BCS

Timofey Martynov, smartlab, Maxim Shein, BCS
And here is Alexander Razuvaev

This is a small hangout in a hookah bar right in almost the same building:

On the sidelines, we talked with Yuri Maksimov, the main owner of Pozitiv. As always, he surprised me with his charged energy and ideas of financial innovations that simply hack into the traditional ways of the Moscow Exchange.

We also talked in detail with Denis Baranov, CEO of Positive:

Author of articles on trading and investments, which I have been doing for more than 8 years. Even from your phone, you can open a deal, buy shares, build up capital in assets that will bring dividends even when you stop working. You can't just not think about it.
